Best Western Dalhousie

The staff was cooperative and had a polite behavior, providing an really good service, made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, well maintained, and had a nice view of the mountains. The restaurant was excellent, and we enjoyed the special dinner they served us even though we arrived quite late. we loved the rooftop terrace and the fact that the hotel was away from the town, providing fresh air and a peace all around.

The hotel's valley facing rooms offer breathtaking views of the mountains. Rooms are well-maintained, clean, and have room service available. the breakfast and meals in the restaurant are quite enjoyable and the staff is polite and helpful.

Some guests may face difficulty with the steep stairs leading to the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel had steep stairs without a capsule lift for senior citizens and disabled, and some rooms had mould issues. The hotel lacked proper hygiene with floors stinking like garbage. The hotel management was not welcoming, and there was loud singing from the restaurant that disturbed the peace in the hotel. The breakfast could have been more diverse.

The food was tasty, and room service was prompt. Location in the mountains was breathtaking and allowed for a peaceful holiday. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The stay wasn't completely satisfactory. the lack of elevators or ramps made it challenging for older guests to access the hotel easily.
